Meet Michelle
Hi there! I'm Michelle Stanek. Becoming a real estate agent allowed me to combine my passion for teaching with my love of connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. Before real estate, I worked as a special education teacher and earned two master’s degrees in education. While I truly valued my time in the classroom, my creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and sense of adventure ultimately led me to pursue a career in real estate.
I bring my educator’s mindset into every transaction. Whether I’m helping someone buy or sell, my goal is to guide clients step-by-step through the process so they always feel informed, confident, and prepared. I focus on clearly explaining each stage, setting realistic expectations, and advocating with patience and enthusiasm — turning what can feel overwhelming into an exciting and smooth experience.
My clients often tell me I make real estate approachable and even enjoyable. I genuinely love meeting new people, building lasting relationships, and supporting my clients from our first conversation all the way to the closing table.
